Ellis Systems offers emergency service & repair as well as scheduled maintenance contracts for ASRS – automated storage & retrieval systems. Services offered include; vertical lift repair, vertical carousel repair, high-density shelving system repair, and more.

Our technicians are skilled to repair brands such as Hanel, Vidir, Megastar, Modula, White, etc throughout Illinois, Wisconsin & Indiana. 

Maintenance contracts are offered on an annual basis and include two preventative maintenance calls during its term. (All labor is done during normal business hours. Parts are not included in contracts).

Certified technicians are assigned in a timely fashion to give our customers the best possible response time. We are in constant communication with customers until a solution is determined and ensure complete satisfaction.
